The firm’s attorneys, Rebecca and John Britton, practicing in Fayetteville and the surrounding communities for over 25 years.
The firm’s staff will continue to operate as Britton Law, but now offer additional practice areas from Maginnis Howard’s attorneys.

With a Master’s in Business Administration and over 25 years of experience when it comes to business law, John Britton understands business owners, the legal ramifications they face and the legal insights they need. His wide-range of practice areas includes business law and all facets of real estate litigation as well.
John has counseled business owners and entrepreneurs, lenders, landlords in addition to individuals in Cumberland County and statewide. Business North Carolina magazine named him one of North Carolina’s “Legal Elite” in 2016.
